Denise Renea  Haun
Denise Renea Haun, age 50, of Wooster, went home to be with her Lord and Saviour, Saturday, May 27, 2017 at her residence where she was surrounded by her loving family.

Denise was born on March 2, 1967 in Orrville, OH. to David and Jane (Maibach) Curie.

She had lived in the Wayne County area for most of her life and for the last 10 years in the Berlin (Holmes County) area.

She married Matthew S. Haun on September 5, 1987 in Wooster. He survives.

She was a devoted homemaker, wife and mother who enjoyed spending time with her family. She was an excellent artist and was very passionate with studying God's word and loved her Lord, Jesus Christ.
Denise's amazing, selfless life and Christ-like heart was fully characterized by the rare abundance of love, joy, faithfulness, fierce courage, deep strength and loyalty. Denise radiated "joy" and poured "life" into every one around her and every person she met. Denise was both a student and teacher as she loved to learn and also enjoyed sharing with others. Denise owned a faith that was unshakable through every season of her life.

In addition to her mother and husband, she is survived by her beloved children, Elyse (Victor) Brown of Wooster, OH., Kelsey (Ryan) Daugherty of Brunswick, OH., Sarah (Matt) Toelle of Omaha, NE. and Matthew "Seth" Haun of Wooster, OH.; a granddaughter, Macy; brothers, Doug (Shannon) Curie of Kinston, N.C. and David (Heidi) Curie of Wooster,OH., a nephew, Ashton and nieces, Laurel and Natalie.

She is preceded in death by her father.

Services will be Wednesday, 1:00 p.m. at West Hill Baptist Church in Wooster with Pastor's, Mark Davenport and Brad Olsen officiating. A private interment will take place following the services at the convenience of the family.

Visitation will be 2 hours prior (11:00 -1:00 p.m.) to services at the church.

Custer-Glenn Funeral Home in Wooster is honored with serving the family.
